Weekend in Halstead

I say weekend in Halstead and we really didn't spend much time in Halstead. We had a great weekend and visited lots of friends and family.

The kids, Grandma Joyce and I went to the Hutchinson zoo. They have the cutest little train that goes not very far into the park, but Shelby and Cooper both really liked it. Shelby kept saying choo-choo..

Weekend of fun

We had a nice kind of relaxing weekend that included attending the Olathe Old Settler's with Jake, Erika, Cora and Audrey and the Lenexa Spinach festival, for both of which I forgot the camera....imagine that. Home Depot had a booth at the Spinach festival and both kids got their cool orange builder's aprons. We also made yummy chocolate chip cookies which the kids loved. Hope you enjoy the photos.
