Our Holiday story

So I thought it would be nice to tell everyone the story of our Holidays.
We'll start with Christmas Eve, we went to church (see Shelby's pretty dress) and of course had to leave milk and cookies for Santa.

Christmas morning we opened presents at home...however, we set up the video camera, and sort of forgot to take any photos until we were finished opening, but Shelby was kind enough to show us everything Santa left for her.

Christmas evening was spent in Ewing with everyone. Shelby loves her new 'party' hat (thanks cousin Lindsay)

The morning after Christmas was spent in Ewing too. Here is a picture of Shelby taking care of her new baby (my baby need to burp, is what she told us). Cooper got a huge tonka truck just like cousin Alex's...so of course he needed to sit in it for a while. Now they ride it back and forth thru the kitchen daily. Oh yeah, and mommy got a new hard hat...it's really k-state purple even though it might look ku blue...and as Shelby says "GO STATE!!!"

Saturday was quite the day...but we'll skip all that and move on to the good part, presents with Gma Joyce and Aunt Pammie. Shelby is quite the fan of presents. And this photo..well, I just couldn't resist.

Sunday was spent with Gma Paula and poppa Ken.

Happy New Year from Shelby and Cooper. The kids just had baths (so Shelby's hair is all cute and curly) and were in their new jammas from Gma Paula, so we had to take some pictures.

That's the story of our Christmas...here's hoping I can keep up with this thing a little better in the new year. (yeah right....hehe)
